Summer fun starts next week!

Summer is practically here! Many schools are wrapping up for the year & it's heating up outside! 

We have a LOT of fun stuff planned at the potting shed for the summer. Starting off our summer with Project & Playtime on this upcoming Wednesday, May 30th @ 10am. Project & Playtimes are a pop-in style class, where you join us anytime between 10-noon. We will do an easy art project (this week will be a painting on canvas but it will vary), explore the fairy garden, & play with some critters. *Wednesday, June 30th has been changed to YOGA & ART at 10 am! 

We are also doing a Patriotic Pop-In on July 3rd 10am-1pm.

Here are some special events for older kids & adults that are super exciting! Hands on Pottery at the Potting Shed will be a great event. Local artist, Chris Kukla will share his talent & expertise on all things ceramics, including demonstrating wheel throwing & relief carving and more.
The Printmaking class will be another fantastic event! We will learn all about monotype printmaking from local artist & art teacher, Michael Gilbert. An old-time art form, that is still relevant today, printmaking is something everyone who is interested in art should try!
Drawing class will be taught by Miss Niccole, who specializes in portraits. We will learn lots of great tips & tricks on shading, drawing tools, and how to create your own drawing style. Great class for beginners & people who loves to draw and need some inspiration!
